Very satisfied with this fitness watch. It measures many parameters. The watch seems to be reasonably waterproof, this being achieved by utilizing a capacitive "single button" interface that cycles through the various measurements. Charging is achieved by removing one of bands to reveal a USB prong. Battery life on a charge is excellent. I've compared O2 measurement with a pulseox finger meter and it reads similar. I don't know how it can measure blood pressure, and I have not compared this with other means, However I have noticed relative changes such as when I am relaxed or under exertion. All other parameters breath rate, heart rate, steps/distance, temperature, seem to be accurate. The app works well although connecting to the device can be a little quirky sometimes. The app will display hourly measurements for most parameters and give a good idea of how well your sleep is.
